No fixed course calendar to work around. Choose the class you need, pay for it online, and Aleshia Jordan contacts you directly to agree a date and time that fits. Open-enrollment classes run live online; onsite delivery comes with a private booking.

Booking for a team? Choose private session when you register and the class runs for your group alone, built around your own process. Private engagements start at $2,500. Private is also the only way to book onsite — individual places are always live online. If you choose onsite, travel and venue are quoted separately once we know where you are.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, author, and operations leader who spent 25 years fixing processes inside large organizations before building the firm that teaches it.
Virtualocity exists because of a pattern she kept seeing: organizations would invest heavily in leadership training, then send those newly trained leaders back into workflows that made the right behavior nearly impossible.
