Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you register for training with Virtualocity, LLC (“Virtualocity,” “we,” “us”). Registering for a class means you accept them.
1. How registration works
Virtualocity does not publish a fixed class calendar. You choose a class, tell us the format and roughly when you would like it, and pay at the time of registration. We then contact you within one business day to agree a specific date and time.
Your registration is confirmed when payment is received. Your scheduled date is confirmed separately, in writing, once we have agreed it with you.
2. Delivery formats
- Open enrollment (individual places) is delivered live online only.
- Private sessions may be delivered live online or onsite.
- Onsite delivery is available only with a private booking.
3. Pricing and what is included
Prices shown at registration are per person unless stated otherwise, in US dollars, and include instruction, materials, and any assessments described for that class.
Private engagements are subject to minimum fees: $2,500 for private virtual sessions and $8,500 for private onsite programs. If your per-person total is below the applicable minimum, the minimum is charged and shown as a separate line before you pay.
Travel and venue costs
For onsite delivery, travel and venue costs are not included in the amount charged at registration. We quote them separately in writing once we know your location, and they are invoiced separately. You are never charged an estimated travel cost at checkout.
4. Cancellation and refunds

Where we have already incurred non-refundable travel or venue costs for an onsite program, those costs remain payable in addition to the above. We will always show you what they are.
Certification programs
Lean Six Sigma belt tracks and certificate programs are refundable in full until course materials are issued or the first session begins, whichever comes first. After that point they are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future cohort once.
If we cancel or reschedule
If Virtualocity cancels or reschedules a class for any reason, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date at no cost. This applies regardless of notice given.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request one, email info@virtualocityllc.com with your name and the class you registered for.
5. Substitutions and transfers
You may substitute a different attendee at no cost by telling us before the session. Registrations may be transferred to another class of equal or lesser value once, at no cost.
6. Purchase orders and public sector buyers
Government and institutional buyers may pay by purchase order or invoice rather than card. Enter your PO number at registration, or contact us to arrange invoicing before booking.
7. Course materials
Participant workbooks, slides, templates, and assessments remain the intellectual property of Virtualocity, LLC. They are provided for your own use and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to deliver training to others without written permission.
8. Conduct
We ask that all participants treat facilitators and each other with respect. We may remove a participant who behaves abusively or disruptively, without refund.
9. What we promise, and what we do not
We deliver the training described, led by a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and provide the assessments listed for each class. We do not guarantee any particular business result, certification pass rate, promotion, or financial outcome, as these depend on factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any class is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the date you registered.
