This policy explains what Virtualocity, LLC collects when you use this site, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because there is not much to it.
What we collect
When you register for a class
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your organization, if you give one
- A purchase order number, if you give one
- Your city and state, if you book onsite delivery
- Which class you chose, how many people, the format, and your timing preferences
When you use a form
The contact form and the AI waitlist collect the name, email, and any details you choose to type into them.
Payment information
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure pages. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.
Why we collect it
- To contact you and agree a date for the class you paid for
- To deliver the training, including sending joining links and materials
- To issue receipts, invoices, and refunds
- To reply when you contact us
- To tell you when the AI academy opens, if you joined that waitlist
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the business:

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who registered for a class unless they asked us to.
How long we keep it
Registration and payment records are kept for seven years, as required for tax and accounting. Waitlist and contact-form entries are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer relevant.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@virtualocityllc.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep records of completed transactions where the law requires it.
Every email we send about the waitlist includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies necessary for processing your payment securely on its own pages.
Children
Our training is intended for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store card numbers anywhere, which removes the most sensitive risk entirely.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
